The United National Gridiron League is entering an exciting new phase marching towards a January 25, 2009, kickoff. We will be unveiling our inaugural eight franchise locations and ownership groups over the course of the next few weeks. In addition to this, you may notice that our team logos have been taken down as we prepare for the announcement of our eight teams. As they reappear, you will begin to see which logos will kickoff the inaugural 2009 season. During this time, we will also begin to announce the specific logos that are assigned to each team.
The inaugural 2009 season will begin with eight teams but the business model for the league is built to support 22 teams.
